Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your MUNVALO purchase. If you change your mind, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at munvalo@parasworks.com within 14 days of receiving your order and clearly let us know that you wish to return your purchase.
Once you have notified us, the item must be sent back within 14 days.
Please contact us before returning your order. We will provide you with the correct return instructions and return address.
Items sent to us without first contacting us may not be processed correctly.
You may inspect the product in the same way you reasonably would in a physical store. Please return the item with all parts and accessories supplied with it and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging.
If the product has been handled or used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality, we may deduct any resulting reduction in value from the refund, as permitted by applicable law.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
Original shipping charges, where applicable, will be refunded only to the extent required by applicable consumer law.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong product, contact us at munvalo@parasworks.com as soon as possible with your order details and, where helpful, photographs of the issue.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
Return shipping costs for defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products will be covered by us.
Your statutory rights relating to defective products are not affected by the 14-day withdrawal period.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply where an exception under applicable consumer law applies, including products that have been personalized or manufactured according to your individual specifications.
Standard MUNVALO designs, colours, models and device options are not treated as personalized products solely because they are produced after an order is placed.
Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded except where required by applicable law.
Sale Items
Discounted or sale items are subject to the same statutory 14-day right of withdrawal as regularly priced items.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to get a different design or model is to return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you about your refund.
Where you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, eligible payments will be refunded to your original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or you have provided evidence that the item has been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Once the refund has been issued, your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the transaction.

European Union Right of Withdrawal
Customers purchasing online within the European Union generally have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law.
Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy limits your mandatory rights under Finnish or European Union consumer protection law.
